How to Install:

  1. Top Ring: Slide the first rotating ring onto the flagpole and position it just below the top ornament (ball). Tighten the screw to secure it. Attach the flag's top grommet to the hanging buckle on this ring.
  2. Bottom Ring: Slide the second rotating ring to the necessary position based on your flag's height. Tighten it securely and connect the bottom grommet of the flag to the hanging buckle.

Note: This package includes one pair (2 pieces) of rotating rings. Flagpole and flag are sold separately.
